A technical glitch caused Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram all to Break down for many users worldwide in a global outage.

A global outage like this made the fans outraged. People are reporting problems on social media about being unable to see images and uploading videos or images.

The Social giants posted about the situation and tried to assure fans that they are working on resolving the problem.

Facebook posted: “We’re aware that some people are having trouble uploading or sending images, videos and other files on our apps. We’re sorry for the trouble and are working to get things back to normal as quickly as possible. #facebookdown”

Instagram posted the same on twitter.

People naturally headed to twitter to complain about the situation. As the only platform that is not affected by this issue, Twitter fans posted some hilarious reactions.

Before this, Facebook and Instagram had a breakdown in March 2019.

Facebook had a major breakdown in November 2019 too. It was one of the biggest data breaches in Facebook’s history, where over 50 million accounts were hacked.

The Verge reported, that users even had trouble logging into other apps that used their Facebook profile data for access.

While Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp were down, UNESCO came up with a brilliant idea. They used this opportunity to inspire users to learn something new and check out their world heritage sites.

UNESCO used a humorous twist to seize the opportunity.
